A: No, you can use any journal you’d like

A: No. It’s your own personal Avodah between you and Hashem.

A: No, but they are available for purchase for $18.
Q: [Elul/Tishrei program] Is the 60 Days book required?
A: Yes. There are free emails available from the Meaningful Life Center, but they cannot be accessed over Shabbos or Yom Tov. To ensure your best chances to read and follow along, you need the book.
